<p style="margin-right:-28px; text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><strong><u><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">REGLAS DE CONDUCTA IMPUESTAS JUDICIALMENTE</span></span></u></strong><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">: (Agota 16/08/2028)</span></span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">a) fijar domicilio en la calle Povedano Rajneri N°1555, del barrio 260 viviendas de la ciudad de General Roca, del que no podrá ausentarse sin previa autorización del Juzgado de Ejecución, bajo apercibimiento de revocársele el beneficio concedido; </span></span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">b) abstenerse de consumir estupefacientes y de abusar de bebidas alcohólicas; </span></span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">c) no concurrir a lugares de expendio de bebidas alcohólicas; </span></span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">d) no concurrir a lugares o frecuentar personas que puedan entorpecer su debida reinserción social; </span></span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">e) no cometer delitos; f) no tener ni portar armas; </span></span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">g) no conducir vehículos motorizados, sin previa acreditación de autorización legal y judicial; </span></span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">h) someterse al cuidado del Patronato en forma MENSUAL; </span></span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">i) adoptar profesión u oficio, la que comunicará al Tribunal; </span></span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">j) Deberá mantener el dispositivo de monitoreo electrónico GPS encendido y con batería permanente;</span></span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">k) PROHIBICIÓN DE ACERCAMIENTO de YAMIR CELSO ACUÑA, respecto de NOELIA CRISTINA AMAYA a un radio de 200 metros de su domicilio, como así también respecto de cualquier lugar en donde ésta se encuentre. Tampoco podrá realizar actos perturbatorios o de hostigamiento mediante llamadas telefónicas, mensajes de whatsapp, mensajes de texto, ni por ninguna red social, ni por interpósita persona. En caso de encontrarse con ella en algún lugar, deberá alejarse activamente de la misma. </span></span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Todo ello bajo apercibimiento de revocársele el beneficio concedido, en cuyo caso se practicará un nuevo cómputo, agregándole el tiempo transcurrido en libertad condicional.</span></span></strong></span></span></p>
