<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">1) Fijar domicilio y no mudarlo sin dar aviso al Juzgado de Ejecución Nro. 10; </span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">2) abstenerse de usar estupefacientes y de abusar de bebidas alcohólicas; </span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">3) presentarse cuatrimestralmente ante el Patronato de Presos y Liberados. </span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">4) Prohibición de acercamiento y de hostigamiento por cualquier medio a las víctimas Agustina Pilar Rojas y Yamila Teresa Rojas, debiendo mantenerse en forma permanente a una distancia no menor a 100 metros de las mencionadas. de la condena de EMANUEL LUIS SANCHEZ la siguiente regla de conducta: </span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">5) Realizar el taller que brinda el Instituto de Asistencia a Presos y Liberados para personas condenadas por hechos cometidos con violencia de género; </span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">6) Mantener su modo de vida dentro de los parámetros normales sin involucrarse en episodios delictivos; </span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">7) Ordenar que cualquier viaje mayor a quince días deberá ser autorizado previamente por el Tribunal; </span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">8) ACLARAR la PROHIBICIÓN DE ACERCAMIENTO de EMANUEL LUIS SANCHEZ respecto de Agustina Pilar Rojas y Yamila Teresa Rojas a un radio de 100 metros de sus domicilios, como así también respecto de cualquier lugar en donde ésta se encuentren. Como así tampoco podrá realizar actos perturbatorios o de hostigamiento mediante llamadas telefónicas, mensajes de whatsapp, mensajes de texto, ni por ninguna red social, ni por interpósita persona. En caso de encontrarse con ellas en algún lugar, deberá alejarse activamente de las mismas (art. 27 bis anteúltimo párrafo del C.P). </span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">9) Deberá cumplir con todas las reglas y protocolos impuestos por el Poder Ejecutivo Nacional, Provincial y Municipal por la pandemia por covid-19. Asimismo se le informa lo establecido en el Artículo 27 Bis último párrafo del Código Penal, que dice: "Art.27 Bis.-</span></span></span></span></p>
